My mission and passion for all women is to have a healthy body and mind and a balanced life. It is not about perfection, it is about progress.
I want woman to live healthy and fulfilling lives, whatever that may mean for you. Maybe you don’t know what that best life is, but you do know the steps you need to take to get there. No matter what your goals are in life, you cannot reach them without self care and healthy habits. Nothing changes unless we changes something we are doing.
I have lived a life where I put everyone else on my list except for myself and it lead to a life of high anxiety, depression, weight gain, a loss of self worth and a loss of purpose. I never want to be in that space again, and I know, through my own life changing habits, that we can not be our best selves to others, unless we take care of ourselves first.
I want to shed your life of old habits that do not serve you and create a new healthy lifestyle for yourself so you can have a life that you love.
As your mentor and coach, I will encourage you and be along the side of you as we create healthy habits that include home workouts, a balanced diet and lean into a private accountability group that will feel like you are getting a new set of rock star girlfriends who have your back.
As a Master Ultimate Portion Fix Coach, I can help you choose whole, natural foods and help eliminate or minimize processed foods in your life so you feel good from the inside, out. Once you are in my private accountability group I will supply you with healthy recipes, meal prep tips, grocery lists, meal plans and family friendly meals to help you feel better about the foods you eat. As a general rule, I choose unrefined over refined foods. I include protein, carbohydrate and fat at every meal. I watch out for added fat, salt, and sugar. I eat five to six small meals throughout the day and strive for progress, not perfection.
As your wellness coach I will help connect you with the best fitness program to help you reach your heath and fitness goals. With an extensive library at your fingertips, you can get fit, healthy and lose weight with expert fitness programs for everyone at every level. Whether you love yoga, strength training, cardio, dance, mixed martial arts or a mix of it all, I can match you up to metabolism-boosting workouts to help your reach your fitness goals.

My name is Tracy Ash and I am the mom of 3 girls, Brooklyn age 12, Kendall age 10 and Lauren age 8. I began my journey as a Health and Fitness coach in November of 2014 wehn I tried my first Live Piyo class. That one class changed my life forever. At the time I was depressed, filled with anxiety and doing too much for everyone else in our family except for myself. I forgot to keep myself on my list.
I was diagnosed with high cortisol levels, adrenal fatigue, migraines & Post Traumatic stress Disorder from our middle daughter being hit by a vehicle when she was 5 years old. I was tired of being tired and I was mad about the way my body looked and felt. I was looking for a way to get in shape without high impact so that I could slow my body down and re-set my insides.
A friend invited me to Piyo and figured, what the heck, I’ll give it a shot. The moment the music stopped I had tears in my eyes and I knew I had just found the workout that my body needed. I immediately ordered a set of Piyo DVD’s and a 30 day bag of Shakeology a few days later. I loved that Shakeology was an easy way for me to get all the vitamins, minerals and super-foods that my doctor had prescribed for me but now I could drink them rather than pop pills all day long.
I decided from that moment that I was going to start taking care of myself so that I could live my best life. I knew I owed it to my family, friends and myself to be the best version of myself that I could be. After about 3 weeks of doing Piyo consistently and drinking Shakeology daily I started getting compliments from everyone I knew. They could see that my body was changing but more importantly my energy, mood and focus had come back.
