Almond Butter Banana Breakfast

A quick and satisfying breakfast that can be made using pantry staples.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp. nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, sunflower etc)
  • 1 slice sprouted wheat bread (tip: I leave mine in my freezer and toast to thaw)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1  banana, sliced
  • drizzle of honey

Directions:

  1. Toast sprouted bread and while still warm spread with nut butter.
  2. Slice banana and place on top of nut butter.
  3. Finish with a dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy.
