Almond Butter Banana Breakfast
A quick and satisfying breakfast that can be made using pantry staples.
- 1 1/2 tsp. nut butter (almond, cashew, peanut, sunflower etc)
- 1 slice sprouted wheat bread (tip: I leave mine in my freezer and toast to thaw)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 banana, sliced
- drizzle of honey
- Toast sprouted bread and while still warm spread with nut butter.
- Slice banana and place on top of nut butter.
- Finish with a dash of cinnamon and a drizzle of cinnamon.
