Yields: 6 servings
- 1 medium head green cabbage cut in half, core removed, sliced
- 1 cup low-sodium vegetable (or chicken) broth1
- tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place cabbage in large baking dish; top with broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover baking dish tightly with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour, turn cabbage wedges with tongs. Bake for 15 to 20 additional minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
