Buffalo Chicken Dip
All the flavor of buffalo wings without messy hands! Perfect for football season, pitch in’s or made into a meal with Slow Cooker baked potatoes. Serve this with celery, pretzels, cauliflower, chips or crackers.
Yields: 9 servings
4 oz Greek Yogurt cream cheese, softened
1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Franks hot sauce (or whatever hot sauce you like)
1/2 cup crumbled blue or feta cheese
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 cups (14 oz raw) cooked & shredded chicken ( I like make mine really fine by placing it in my food processor once it is cooked)
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together until smooth. Add the chicken and put this in the crock pot on low for 3-4 hours
- Optional: Place in an 8 x 8 pan and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or Place in a stovepot and simmer on low until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
