
Grilled Flank Steak with Orange and Pale Ale Marinade
The key to successful grilling is starting with a tasty cut of meat. Give your steak an added advantage with a soak in this delicious flavor-infusing marinade to help soften up a tougher cut of meat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup medium-bodied beer, such as pale ale
- Zest and juice of 1 large orange or 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tbls. minced garlic
- 1/2 medium onion pulsed in a food processor
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 lbs Flank Steak
How to Make It
- Whisk all ingredients together. Put beef in a nonreactive baking dish and pour marinade over, turning to coat
- Grill your meat for 6 minutes on each side or until grilled to your liking
