Instant Pot or Stove-top Unstuffed Cabbage Bowls

Instant Pot or Stove-top Unstuffed Cabbage Bowls

Stuffed cabbage but they can be a bit time consuming but chopping the cabbage and turning them into bowls makes them so much easier.

You can make this in the Instant Pot or the stove top, simply double the cooking time. I added some cooked rice to this as I always make stuffed cabbage with rice but if you want to keep this low carb, feel free to leave it out.
