Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats
Maybe you already love oatmeal but you tend to eat the pre-package ones that are filled with added sugar and fillers. Try cooking a big, basic batch of steel-cut or rolled oats to cool and keep in your fridge all week. Cooked oats is a great way to get your yellow container for your Pre- or Post workout meal.
I add the cooked oats right to my Shakeology and blend with ice but you can also add 1 scoop of Shakeology to your warmed cooked oats and add 1/4 cup of almond milk to stir to the consistency of your liking. Top with anything you would put on your oatmeal but keep it within the container counts that you need. ♥
