Oven Grilled Reubens

No need to venture out to a deli for these Reubens. With our recipe, you can serve up these hearty sandwiches in about 30 minutes.
Yield 6 servings

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.  Drain sauerkraut.
  2. Stir together Greek Yogurt with Dijon Mustard and Ketchup
  3. Brush tops and bottoms of bread with melted butter.
  4. Spread dressing evenly on 1 side of each bread slice.
  5. Layer each slice of bread with slices of cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef and another slice of cheese and top with another slice of bread.
  6. Coat bottom of a second baking sheet with parchment paper and top with corned beef sandwiches.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes (flipping halfway) until golden.
  8. Serve warm
