Overnight Berry Oatmeal

These overnight oats is a protein and calcium packed breakfast that is perfect for busy mornings or an on-the go snack. Oats are soaked overnight with milk and Greek yogurt and paired with three berries: blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. You can’t beat a quick and easy breakfast that also tastes delicious!

Yields: 2 servings


  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup oatmeal {you can use regular oats or steel cut oats}
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3 TBSP low or reduced fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 large or 2 small mason jars or Tupperware with lids


  • Extra berries
  • Nuts {almonds, walnuts or pecans work great}
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Extra honey
  • mini chocolate chips
  • Chia seeds
  • drizzle (1 tsp. drippy nut butter)


  1. In each mason jar put layer of berries (I like to mix them up and use some of each).
  2. Add half the oatmeal, milk, yogurt, vanilla and honey and stir to combine everything.
  3. Top your overnight oats with the remaining berries and seal the mason jars.
  4. Put the mason jars in the fridge overnight.
  5. When you are ready to eat them remove them from the fridge and garnish with your favorite toppings.


  • You can eat the oats cold or you can heat them up in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes. Remember this recipe has berries in it so if you heat up the oats the berries will be warm too. Some people don’t like this and prefer to eat their oats and berries cold.
  • These Triple Berry Overnight Oats make a wonderful make-ahead snack or breakfast for school or work. You can pull them out as you are on your way out the door and eat them on-the-go!
