Pre Workout Shakeology

This shakeology is a great way to easily get your Red, Green, Yellow and Tsp. before you start your workout.


  • 1 scoop or packet of Vegan Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk or Cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 drops of peppermint extract
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2  cooked and diced sweet potato * Note: You can sub one yellow container of cooked rolled oats for the sweet potato.
  • 5 large ice cubes


Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth and blended. Serve immediately.
