This Pumpkin Spice Shakeology recipe uses real pumpkin puree to keep the shake natural and healthy and it will keep you from spending 6 bucks at the nearest Starbucks drive-thru.

  • 1/2 cup cold coffee
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vegan or Regular Chocolate Shakeology
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup pumpkin pie spice (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg)
  • 1 tsp. raw honey


  1. Place coffee, almond milk, ice, Shakeology, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and honey in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. For a thicker shake, add more ice or 1/4 of a banana
