
Refrigerator Oats 7 Different Ways
INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
FOR THE STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped

- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
FOR THE CHUNKY MONKEY

- 1/2 banana, sliced

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. peanut butter
- 2 Tbls. granola
FOR THE TROPICAL DELIGHT

- 2 tablespoons diced kiwi (or mango)

- 2 tablespoons diced pineapple

- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
FOR THE BLUEBERRY LEMON CHEESECAKE

- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 1/4 cup blueberries

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon honey
FOR THE PUMPKIN PIE

- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
FOR THE PB&J

- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam

- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons peanuts, crushed
FOR THE APPLE PIE

Directions:
- Using a 16-ounce mason jar, add oats and milk; layer with desired toppings.
- Refrigerate overnight; serve cold.
