Shakeology Power Bowl
Most days you will find me drinking my Shakeology as a “shake.” This is what helps to keep away my cravings and it is also what helped me to eliminate most all junk foods.
Sometimes a girl just craves something creamy to eat with a spoon in the middle of the day. Lucky for me I can change the consistency of my Shakeology by using a little Greek Yogurt. It turns the consistency of pudding. I like to give it a few toppings and eat it out of a bowl. It’s a dessert that does not sabotage your goals and tastes amazing. Go ahead and double or triple the recipe and toss it a big batch in the freezer to use as “ice cream”
Yields: 1 serving
- 1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology (or whatever flavor you desire)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 ounces of water
- Mini Chocolate chips
- Unsweetened coconut
- Chia Seeds
- Slivered Almonds
- Flax Seeds
- Sliced Bananas or another fruit
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy with toppings of your choice.
