Slow Cooker Pork Chile Verde
With this recipe, the prep is kept to a minimum so that you’re not spending much time getting the dish ready. No need to brown the meat before it goes into the cooker but if you have more time, by all means, brown the meat in a stockpot first for a deeper flavor.
Directions:
- Combine chicken stock, beans, white onion, salsa, 1/2 cup water, cumin, oregano, salt, garlic, and pork in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low 7 hours and 30 minutes to 8 hours.
- After 8 hours shred the pork and return to the pot.
- Sprinkle with green onions and radishes, if desired, before serving.
Do you have instructions for instant pot?
Thank you for your question. I do not have this recipe converted to an Instant Pot right now but since you asked, I will get to work on it 🙂 Thanks for inspiring me.
