Turkey Bacon and Apple Club  Wrap

This has everything I could want in a quick easy lunch. Romaine lettuce as the wrap. But you can use collards, butter lettuce, or Boston lettuce.  You can add a little Dijon mustard and a small dollop of mayo on here for extra flavor. But it’s completely optional.

Yields: 4 lettuce wraps or 2 servings.  Portion Containers per serving: 1 green, 1 red, 1 purple

Ingredients:

  • 4 Romaine lettuce leaves (butter lettuce, Boston lettuce or collards)
  • 2 tsp. mayo or mustard (optional)
  • 1/2 an crisp apple, cored and sliced thin (granny smith, honey crisp, etc.)
  • 8 stripes of cooked bacon (turkey bacon or regular)
  • 8 slices reduced sodium deli turkey meat, sliced thin

Directions:

  1. On a flat surface, lay the romaine leaves flat
  2. Spread on mayo and mustard (optional)
  3. Add apple slices, turkey, and bacon
  4. Roll up and Enjoy
