White Wine Sangria

This drink was amazing. Every sip is bursting with fresh, sweet, tart and fruity flavors. Even the chucks of diced fruit soak up the goodness and make for a sweet little snack when the glass is empty. And the glass empties fast with this drink.


  • 1 lb strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup silver rum


In a large pitcher combine the wine and sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the remaining ingredients, except the seltzer, and mix well. Put the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the sangria sit for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours. Just before serving, stir in the seltzer  and ice cubes.
